Zynga Pet Power Perk

The more Power your pet has, the more damage it will inflict on the boss during boss fights! A good idea is to use a pet with higher Power when your Battle Bar is nearly to the boss, even if you want to use a different pet before the boss fight! Your pet's base power is in yellow bars right below its picture when you view its information. A green bar means that the pet has an additional power that can be obtained through leveling Perks! Outside of obtaining a +Power Perk, there is no other way to increase your pets power level. So pets without a +Power Perk will *always* have their same amount of power shown in the yellow bars.

The pet that kicks the most butt in boss fights is Sprocket the adorable little robot kitty!

Here are all of the pets' Power levels:
  • 6 Power
    • Sprocket
  • 5 Power
    • Gearty
    • Captain Locke
    • Victoria Steamswell

So, even if you love hoarding lots of Gems or if you are in a hurry to level up, you can use your normal pet for most of the battle bar and then should switch it out with a pet with higher Power right before you get to the boss! After you are done with the boss, just switch back to your normal pet for whichever Perks you like best!

*KEEP IN MIND: All of the values I have listed in this blog are from when the Pet has been leveled up in all THREE Perks.*
